About

Aimeé is a sound practitioner, yoga facilitator, intuitive guide & singer songwriter, passionate about encouraging and supporting people building their self care toolbox to expand their human experience. 

​

Aimeé is trained in yoga, sound healing, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and somatic experiencing, which she threads and weaves together to create and hold expansive spaces that invite people to explore, connect, expand & express.

​

Collaboration is a big part of Aimeé’s ethos, working with other incredible facilitators to curate expanding events and build like-minded communities. In addition to working with private clients, she also teaches across studios in London and is a Wellness Ambassador for the award-winning charity ‘The Vavengers’. 

​

She embarked on her holistic journey when she was 23 and has journeyed to elevate her human experience by learning and embodying a range of self care tools and practices that have allowed her to build a deeper sense of trust, knowing, intuition, nurturance, and self regulation.
